    5 tbsp. unsalted butter, divided
    3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    5 oz. Gruyere, shredded (1 1/2 c.), divided
    pinch of nutmeg
    kosher salt

    4 slices rustic whole-wheat bread (preferably from a round loaf)
    2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/3 lb. thinly sliced rosemary ham
    2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
    4 eggs
    2 tbsp. red wine vinservices apartment hong kongegar
    3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    6 c. salad greens
    1/4 c. fresh dill, plus more for garnish

Directions

    In small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add flour and whisk continuously until bubbly and light brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Add milk, whisking continuously, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer until thickened, whisking regularly, 5 minutes more. Add half the Grueyere, whisking until smooth. Whisk in a pinch of nutmeg and season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
    Heat broiler. Arrange slices of bread on a baking sheet. Spread ? tbsp. Dijon on each slice and layer with ham and tomato. Cover with about 2 tbsp. cheese sauce and about 3 tbsp. shredConference organisersded cheese. Toast under broiler for 1? to 2 minutes (watch carefully so it doesn’t burn!) until cheese is bubbly and golden and bread is toasted.
    In a large nonstick skillet, heat remaining 2 tbsp. butter over medium-high heat. Add eggs and reduce heat to medium. Cook eggs, basting regularly with butter, until whites are set and yolks are still slightly runny, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Top each sandwich with an egg.

    1 bunch broccoli rabe, trimmed and cut into pieces
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    Juice of 1/2 lemon (2 tbsp.)
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    8 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
    kosher salt
    Black pepper
    4 chicken breasts
    4 slices prosciutto
    Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, prepBeverly skin refining centerare a bowl of ice water for broccoli. Boil broccoli rabe until bright green and tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer rabe into ice water and let cool completely, then drain.
    Transfer blanched broccoli rabe to a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add Parmesan, pine nuts, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and 2 tbsp. olive oil. Pulse several times to combine, then slowly add 4 tbsp. more olive oil until a smooth paste forms. Season with salt and pepper.
 &nbYou find onlinesp;  Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and wrap each in a slice of prosciutto.
    Heat remaining olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, 2? minutes per side.
    Transfer pan to oven and bake 15 minutes more, or until chicken is cooked through (i.e. the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F).
    Serve chicken with a generous dollop of pesto and garnish with Parmesan and lemon wedges.

 そういえば、安岡正篤先生に教わった 「名家略伝」 のこんな話はどうか。

   筑紫の山中にひとりの禅師あり。
   名を越宗、字(あざな)を蘭陵といいて、何れの人ということしらず。
   特に夜雨を愛し、何時でも雨の降りける夜半毎に香を焚き、静坐して、暁
   まで睡(ねむり)につくことなし。
   かかれば山村の人はじめ、その名をしらざれば、ただ何となう夜雨和尚と
   よびける。

 ここでこの本は、終わっているのですが、私は若いころからボロボロになるまで
好きなところbb車推介だけを読んでいましたが、このドラマを見て、???
 これは、案外 蘭陵王のことなんだな なんて思っているのです。目につき不思
議なのです。
 妃の天女と呼ばれた、楊雪舞を忘れずに思い、過ごされたのかも……。

 名家略伝 などという難しそうな本は読めないので、蘭陵王のその後と思うわ。
